Terms of Service
Last updated: October 29, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of https://clipdash.app and any services supplied under the Clip Dash Tech brand by Clip Dash Tech Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 33 King Street, Manchester, M2 7AT, United Kingdom.
Acceptance
By accessing our website, requesting a quote, approving a proposal or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you engage us on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by a client apply only where expressly accepted by us in writing.
Services
Clip Dash Tech provides digital production and technology services, including content editing, digital asset preparation and related technical support. The precise scope, deliverables, timetable and revision arrangements for each project will be stated in our written quote, proposal or other agreed project document. We will provide the services with reasonable care and skill. Delivery dates are good-faith estimates unless expressly agreed as fixed deadlines.
Quotes & Payment
Quotes are based on the information available when issued and remain open for the period stated in the quote. Unless stated otherwise, all amounts are in pounds sterling (GBP). Additional work, changes to scope or delays caused by incomplete instructions may require a revised quote.
Invoices must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice. We may require an advance payment before commencing work and may pause services while an overdue amount remains unpaid. Clients are responsible for applicable bank or transaction charges. Any disputed invoice item should be raised promptly with sufficient detail; undisputed amounts remain payable.
Client Materials & Usage Rights
You retain ownership of materials you supply to us. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to copy, edit, process and otherwise use those materials solely as needed to deliver the agreed services. You confirm that you hold all permissions required for supplied footage, images, audio, trademarks, personal data and other content. Unless separately agreed in writing, we will not publish client work in our portfolio or marketing materials without permission.
Intellectual Property
Subject to full payment, rights in final bespoke deliverables created specifically for you will transfer or be licensed as specified in the relevant quote. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, methods, software, know-how and reusable components. Third-party materials remain subject to their applicable licence terms. Drafts, unused concepts and working files are not included unless expressly listed as deliverables.
Acceptable Use
You must not use our website or services unlawfully, infringe another person’s rights, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt our systems, misrepresent your identity or submit content that is defamatory, deceptive, abusive or otherwise illegal. We may refuse, suspend or terminate work where continued performance could expose us or another person to legal, security or reputational harm.
Disclaimers
Website information is provided for general information and may be updated without notice. While we take reasonable steps to maintain availability and accuracy, we do not warrant uninterrupted access or that all content will always be error-free. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, services, software or changes outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to this, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings or loss arising from client-supplied materials. Our total liability relating to a project will not exceed the fees paid or payable for that project.
Governing Law
These terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may revise these terms to reflect changes in our services, operations or legal obligations. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes will not retrospectively alter an agreed project unless required by law or accepted by both parties.
